working with us is set out below. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us before proceeding with your purchase.
It is crucial you take precautions for your own health and use discernment and judgement within treatment. As often we’re discussing dietary and lifestyle advice, it is important to
remember at the end of the day you need to be on board with, and be proactive about treatment advice for effective results.
However, as always as 1:1 practitioners, we will meet you where you’re at, which can be discussed during your consultation.
In reference to online courses and ebooks, it is important to remember this is general advice and not always tailored to your individual case and therefore utilise discernment.
Important Information
We encourage clients to arrive to their appointments with an open mind, as much of what we deliver to clients is education for you to have the tools for long term health management.
However, if you wish to hear less information this can be discussed with your practitioner
whilst discussing treatment goals.
Advice provided to conduct outside of the consultation is entirely in your control, and it is suggested to not share your treatment plan with others as they may not benefit from the same advice, due to the individualised nature of treatment.
Within treatment we’re treating conditions you may have been experiencing for years or more, so take this into consideration within expectations of treatment outcomes.
We’re working toward long term health and to give you the tools to manage your health in the long term.
Magic pills and quick fixes just don’t cut it. We’re after real long term results.
Risks
Due to the individualised nature of human beings, some people may have sensitivities to supplements and herbal medicines and adverse reactions may occur.However, your practitioner is highly trained in this field to minimise these risks.
Just as you may have adverse effects from medications, natural medicines can also cause reactions.
It is important to follow all dosage instructions provided and inform your practitioner of any changes such as pregnancy or beginning a new medication.
Naturopathic advice is not an alternative for medical advice, rather it is complementary.
Therefore we advise not stopping any medical treatment without first consulting your medical practitioner.
Nutrition and supplemental advice given within digital downloads or courses is general and for educational purposes. It does not take into consideration your individual health and therefore consult a healthcare professional for your individual concerns.
Information produced from AI tools or educational resources is general in nature and output is not the responsibility of Organiik Naturopathy. You are encouraged to use your own discretion.
Limitations
We are Naturopaths, not medical or mental health professionals and it is also not within our scope of practice to diagnose illness or disease.
At all times, you remain fully responsible for your own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
If you are taking medication or undergoing medical treatments, you should not stop these unless advised by your medical practitioner.
If you are working with other health practitioners it is important to inform your practitioner and we are always happy to work collaboratively as part of your holistic health care team.
If any concerns arise during our work together, we strongly recommend you seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
You will get the most out of working with us if you are experiencing gut complaints, skin or hormonal conditions. However, due to the holistic nature of naturopathy we are able to assist with a wide range of health concerns including general wellness.
You might not be a good fit for this work if you are hoping for overnight results or a quick fix.
We go above and beyond for our clients to ensure they feel heard and supported, as well as providing the most up to date and effective treatments possible. However, like and healthcare profession, we may not have all the answers.
Your practitioner is not fully accessible outside of consultations. If something arises please bring it to your follow up consultation or in an emergency contact 000.
Indemnity
We do not make any guarantees or warranties about the accuracy of any material displayed on this website, or the products, services, or programs offered through it, except for any non-excludable consumer guarantees and other consumer protection provisions set out in the Australian Consumer Law.

Payment Terms
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Naturopathic consultations are exempt from GST.
All payments made through this website are processed using Stripe.
Payments are processed via Stripe and therefore we do not have access to your account details.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Purchases of digital products, courses, memberships and subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
Consumer Guarantees
Organiik Naturopathy complies with Australian Consumer Law with regard to consumer guarantees. Limitation of Liability
If there is a major problem, our liability is strictly limited to:
• Replacing the goods or providing the services again
• If we are unable to do so within a reasonable time, refunding the amount you have paid
Delivery and Shipping
Upon booking, clients will receive confirmation via email including telehealth links if the
consultation is online.
For digital downloads, a link will be sent which may expire within 24 hours, however once downloaded you will retain access.
For physical products, shipping will be charged according to current Australia Post rates.
Appointment Policies
We require 48 hours cancellation notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur 100% of the consultation fee, and no-shows will incur the full consultation fee.
Intellectual Property
The content of this website and all courses, resources and eBooks is protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy or reproduce any part of our content without written permission.
Course content is provided strictly for personal and non-commercial use.
Commercial exploitation of our content in any way that competes with our business is strictly prohibited.
Trade Marks

Victoria will have jurisdiction.
